WHAT IS TWIN VALLEY RC&D?

Resource Conservation and Development, or RC&D, is a program  of the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service.  There are currently 375 RC&D Areas, with 7 in Louisiana.  Twin Valley RC&D, organized in 1970 and incorporated in 1988, is an independent, nonprofit organization where citizens’ input is sought, listened to, and acted upon.
